The prices shown on the website represent service packages. The package you choose determines which condition assessment, technical preparation, repair, protection and handover services are included in the offer, in addition to the purchase price of the mobile home.
You can choose from three transparent package levels: START offers the entry-level package, STANDARD PROTECT the full service package, and ADVANCED PROTECT+ provides premium protection and the most comprehensive technical preparation.

What’s Not Included in the Price?
The package price shown for the mobile home does not include the transport fee or the on-site installation fee. These items are always determined separately, based on an individual calculation.
Transport Fee
The transport fee depends on the size and weight of the mobile home, the transport distance, route characteristics, the required road authority and official permits, the need for an escort, and other logistical factors.
Installation Fee
The installation fee is calculated based on site accessibility, terrain conditions, the required preparation, the installation method used, and the necessary machinery. Installation may involve, for example, tractor towing, crane placement or another specialized mechanical solution.
Optional Add-On Services
The following services are not part of any base package. On request, they can be ordered based on an individual technical assessment and a separate quote.
