Technically Inspected Mobile Home

The “Technically Inspected” designation on our pre-owned homes for sale means that every used mobile home we sell undergoes a comprehensive technical inspection and repair process.

As part of this process, we perform:

  • a thorough inspection of the entire electrical system and any necessary repairs,
  • a thorough inspection of the entire water supply system and any necessary repairs,
  • a thorough inspection of the entire gas system and any necessary repairs, including checking and repairing the gas fireplace, gas cooktop, gas oven, and gas-powered instantaneous water heater,
  • checking, cleaning, and repairing the drainage and sewer system,
  • as well as aesthetic repairs to the interior furniture.

Value of the repair and inspection works carried out: 720.000 HU +VAT

The cost of the works was included in the price of the mobile home.
