Description
The prefabricated steel frame house is available in two versions: Comfort and Comfort Plus.
During the order process, there is an option to choose the interior colors, which does not affect the price.
Comfort
Houses in this version are delivered ready for furnishing.
The house is equipped with the following features:
- 1–3 bedrooms (depending on the size of the house)
- Living room with space for a kitchen
- Separate bathroom area
- 18 cm insulation (13 cm PUR + 5 cm façade rock wool insulation with textured plaster finish) in the walls, 13 cm PUR insulation in the floor, and 18 cm PUR insulation in the ceiling
- Base insulation
- Certified and tested wall structure (NMÉ)
- Sound insulation with rock wool in internal walls
- Metal roof (standing seam or roof tile sheet)
- MDF cladding on interior walls and ceiling
- 5-chamber white PVC windows and entrance doors
- Laminated flooring and PVC skirting
- Electrical installation – sockets, switches, antenna outlet, fuse box, exterior double socket, connection point under the house for optional heating
- Electric heating with thermostat in every room, electric bathroom radiator
- Plumbing for kitchen and bathroom, washing machine connection
- Mechanical bathroom ventilation and plumbing vent
- Ceiling lighting (LED spotlights in every room), 2 exterior power sockets on the façade
- Metal gutter system
