Among our used mobile homes of all sizes, 2-bedroom versions are available, regardless of whether the mobile home is 8 m or 12 m in length. The 2-bedroom layout is available in every size category. In these mobile homes, one bedroom (the larger room) is equipped with a double bed, while the other (the smaller room) contains two separate single beds.
The bedrooms may be positioned next to each other, or in central living room layouts at opposite ends of the mobile home, separated from one another. These mobile homes are suitable for accommodating 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children). The mattress size of the single beds is typically 70–80 cm × 190 cm, while the mattress in the larger bedroom is generally 140–160 cm × 190–200 cm.
Technically Inspected Mobile Home
The “Technically Inspected” designation on our pre-owned homes for sale means that every used mobile home we sell undergoes a comprehensive technical inspection and repair process.
As part of this process, we perform:
- a thorough inspection of the entire electrical system and any necessary repairs,
- a thorough inspection of the entire water supply system and any necessary repairs,
- a thorough inspection of the entire gas system and any necessary repairs, including checking and repairing the gas fireplace, gas cooktop, gas oven, and gas-powered instantaneous water heater,
- checking, cleaning, and repairing the drainage and sewer system,
- as well as aesthetic repairs to the interior furniture.
Value of the repair and inspection works carried out: 720.000 HU +VAT
The cost of the works was included in the price of the mobile home.
