Levels of equipment

The equipment levels of new mobile homes vary depending on the manufacturer.

I. Configuration level for new mobile homes/prefab houses

The prefabricated steel-frame ready-built house is available in two types: Comfort and Comfort Plus versions.
When ordering, it is possible to choose the interior colors, which does not affect the prices.

COMFORT

In this version, the houses are delivered in a condition ready for furnishing.

The house is equipped with the following:

1–3 bedrooms, depending on the size of the house;
Living room, with space for the kitchen
Separate room for a bathroom
18 cm thermal insulation (13 cm PUR + 5 cm façade rock wool insulation with rendered finish) in the walls, 13 cm PUR insulation in the floor structure and 18 cm PUR insulation in the ceiling
Plinth insulation
Certified, tested wall structure (NMÉ)
Rock wool sound insulation in partition walls
Metal roof tiles (standing seam or tile-profile sheet)
MDF cladding on internal walls and on the ceiling
5-chamber white windows and entrance doors
Laminated flooring with PVC skirting
Electrical connection – wall sockets and switches, antenna connection, fuse box, external double socket outlet, connection outlet under the house for optional heating
Electric heating with thermostat in every room, electric radiator in the bathroom
Kitchen and bathroom plumbing, as well as washing machine connection
Mechanical bathroom ventilation and plumbing vent
Ceiling lighting (LED spotlights in every room)
2 pcs socket outlets on the façade of the house
Metal gutter system

COMFORT PLUS

In addition to the Comfort equipment level, the house is equipped with the following:

Kitchen (base and wall cabinets, worktop, granite sink, refrigerator, 2-burner electric hob, extractor hood)
Bathroom (80 cm shower cabin, washbasin and cabinet, mirrored bathroom cabinet, WC, 55 L boiler)
Bedrooms (beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and wall-mounted cabinets)
Living room (sofa or corner sofa (convertible into a bed), coffee table, wall-mounted cabinets, space for TV)
